Our approach:

Initial discussion
We start off with an initial discussion, which takes place by phone, email or WhatsApp. You are, of course, also very welcome to visit us! During this first discussion, we listen carefully to find out what your wishes are. Based on this input, we then provide recommendations and options. Discussions will cover matters including the shape of the product, its size, required quantities, the number of printing colours and the number of different designs, if applicable.

Quote / delivery time
We send you a quote and the expected delivery time within a day.
(The average delivery time is 8-10 working days.)

Free visual
Once you have agreed to the quote, we put together a visual for your approval. You will receive this by email after you have sent the design and a product (or photo of the product) to us.

Approval of visual
Once the visual has been approved, we create an internal order.
For this, we need the following details from you: company name, company address, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number (not mandatory), delivery address and collection address (if applicable).

Receipt of products
When products arrive, we check the quantities and carry out a spot check for any damage. We then let you know that the products have been received and if there are any anomalies.

Production
We start production within 8-10 working days of approval of the visual. If preferred, we will send you a photo of the first printed products by email.

Transport
Once the print is dry, we carefully package the products and notify you that they are ready. You can then come and collect your order. Alternatively, we will deliver it to any address (in the Netherlands) by 15.00 the next working day.
